FAQs

What if my partner is hesitant about therapy?

Icon

It's more common than you'd think — and it doesn't mean therapy won't work. Often the hesitant partner just needs to feel heard, not fixed. We can talk through those concerns in a free consultation, no commitment required.

Do you work with LGBTQIA+ couples?

Icon

Yes, always. I work with couples and individuals of all identities, orientations, and relationship structures. You won't need to explain or defend who you are here.

What does sex therapy actually involve?

Icon

We explore the full picture of your sexual self — desire, identity, intimacy, history, and the places where things feel stuck or disconnected. It's honest, specific conversation about topics most people have never had real space to discuss. The goal isn't just to solve a problem — it's to help you understand yourself and your relationship more deeply.

Do you accept insurance?

Icon

I'm an out-of-network provider, which means you pay directly at the time of service. Many clients receive partial reimbursement through their insurance plan — I can provide a Superbill to make that process easy.

What happens during a free consultation?

Icon

It's a low-pressure 15-minute conversation to see if we're a good fit. You can ask questions, share what's going on, and get a feel for how I work — before committing to anything.
