Couples Intensives

Transform Your Relationship

Weekly therapy can be helpful — but it often unfolds slowly, inside already-busy lives, with little room to fully drop in.

Why an Intensive?

This couples intensive is for partners who are not chasing a perfect relationship — but who want something far more durable.

Think of it as stepping out of the day-to-day and giving your relationship the kind of attention it deserves — not forever, just intentionally.

The Structure

This work unfolds over approximately two weeks

01

90-minute pre-session

We clarify what’s bringing you here, what patterns you’re navigating, and what you want to strengthen moving forward.

02

3-hour intensive session

This is where we slow things down. We work beneath surface issues to understand how you protect yourselves, how you disconnect, and how to reconnect with more honesty and care.

03

90-minute integration session

We anchor what you’ve learned into your real life, making this not just a meaningful experience, but a usable one.
