“Things falling apart is a kind of testing and also a kind of healing. We think that the point is to pass the test or to overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don't really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”

— Pema Chödrön, When Things Fall Apart

How I Got Here

The 16-year-old version of me would be thrilled—and frankly, a bit stunned—to see where I've landed. Life rarely unfolds in straight lines. It's messy, contradictory, and if we're lucky, transformative.

My Path

I used to be terrible at romantic relationships. The push-pull of intimacy often left me overwhelmed by confusion and anxiety. Attraction would emerge, then give way to surprising indifference.

That "ick" feeling? Trauma in disguise.

I didn't always handle it well. But I've since developed compassion for those earlier versions of myself—the ones who were doing their best with limited tools. Healing demanded everything from me, and only now, from this vantage point, can I recognize its beauty.

My current relationship is deeply fulfilling. It also required us both to do the work—the uncomfortable, unglamorous work of showing up honestly, again and again.

What This Means for You

I hold two truths simultaneously: life is brutally hard, and we possess remarkable capacity for growth.

I don't traffic in platitudes or quick fixes. Therapy with me is a journey inward—at your pace, on your terms. Whether you're navigating partnership dynamics or your own internal landscape, we'll create space for what's actually true, not what sounds good.

You already contain what you need. My role is to help you access it beneath the noise, the shoulds, the inherited scripts about who you're supposed to be.

I work with individuals and couples seeking genuine connection—with themselves, with partners, across any relationship structure. Sex isn't separate from this conversation; it's central to it.

The conversations we avoid are often the ones that transform us.

Let's talk.
