Transform Your Relationship: High Impact Intensive

Weekly therapy can be helpful — but it often unfolds slowly, inside already-busy lives, with little room to fully drop in.

    • Protected, uninterrupted time

    • Enough structure to feel contained

    • Enough space to let deeper patterns emerge

    • Momentum that’s hard to create in short sessions

Think of it as stepping out of the day-to-day and giving your relationship the kind of attention it deserves — not forever, just intentionally.

  • This work unfolds over approximately two weeks and includes:

    • 90-minute pre-session
We clarify what’s bringing you here, what patterns you’re navigating, and what you want to strengthen moving forward.

    • 3-hour intensive session
This is where we slow things down. We work beneath surface issues to understand how you protect yourselves, how you disconnect, and how to reconnect with more honesty and care.

    • 90-minute integration session
We anchor what you’ve learned into your real life, making this not just a meaningful experience, but a usable one.

  • Couples leave this work with:

    • A clearer understanding of their attachment patterns

    • More capacity to be open without becoming overwhelmed

    • Language for needs that invites connection instead of defensiveness

    • Greater trust in their ability to repair after conflict

    • A renewed sense of partnership and shared direction

This couples intensive is for partners who are not chasing a perfect relationship — but who want something far more durable:

Connection that can stretch

Trust that can hold pressure

Confidence to weather what life brings

This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken.

At its core, this intensive is about cultivating secure attachment.

Attachment is the invisible bond that shapes how we:

  • ask for closeness

  • respond to conflict

  • manage distance

  • handle disappointment, fear, and desire

When attachment feels secure, relationships feel spacious.
When it doesn’t, even small moments can feel charged.

It’s about strengthening the foundation that allows a relationship to grow, adapt, recover, and stand the test of time.

That means we pay attention to:

    • Emotional safety

    • Vulnerability

    • Desire and intimacy

    • The nervous system responses underneath conflict

Sexual and emotional disconnection are rarely about effort or attraction.
They’re about whether it feels safe to be known — especially when things feel uncertain.

I work with couples who are thoughtful, capable, and willing to look at themselves honestly — not to assign blame, but to create something more resilient.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I am here to guide the process and slow down the conversation.
